How long are counselling sessions?

Counselling sessions typically last 50 minutes, but the duration can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences.

What types of issues can counselling help with?

Counselling can help with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, and stress management. If you have a specific concern, contact us and we'll let you know how we can help.

Do you offer online counselling sessions?

Yes, we offer online counselling sessions for clients who prefer to access therapy from the comfort of their own home.

What ages do you offer services to?

We offer counselling and bio/neurofeedback to people of all ages. However, assessments we offer to school age and older.

Do you provide services in French?

Yes, we're able to offer therapy and assessments in French.

Do you offer direct billing?

At this time, we do not offer direct billing. We will provide an invoice to you with all of the information required to submit to your insurance. Fees can be paid by cash, credit/debit, e-transfers.
